This amazing SUN tolerant variety of caladiums is great for adding texture and color to both beds and containers. Great for hanging pots and flowing borders, the foliage of the Red Frill Caladium is deep red with a green edge, coming to a very thin point at the ends (lanced leaves). This plant looks beautiful when draped over the edges of suspended pots or landscape walls. Also known as Angel Wings. You can start these indoors: Put a bit of potting soil, a little water and the bulb in a plastic bag. Poke a few air holes in the bag and place it near a heat vent. ( Needs 70� or higher) Once all danger of frost has passed, you may plant your started caladium outdoors.

How to Plant Caladiums?
			To plant Caladiums the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Red Frill Caladium should be planted roughly 2-3" deep and 9-12" apart from one another. Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.
When to Plant Red Frill Caladium?
			Caladiums are normally planted spring, and most Red Frill Caladium will begin to flower sometime in summer.
