The Double Flowering Tulips stop traffic everytime and the 'Lilac Perfection' is no exceptioin! Also referred to as "Peony Flowering Tulips", these blooms really do resemble those of a peony and oftentimes have a soft, pleasant fragrance as well! This gorgeous lilac color goes quite nicely when combined with darker purples, pinks, and white.

How to Plant Double Late Tulips?
 

To plant Double Late Tulips the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Lilac Perfection Double Tulip should be planted roughly 6-8" deep and 4-6" apart from one another.

Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.

When to Plant Lilac Perfection Double Tulip?
  Double Late Tulips are normally planted Late Fall, and most Lilac Perfection Double Tulip will begin to flower sometime in Mid Spring.
