How to Plant Double Late Tulips?
 

To plant Double Late Tulips the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Uncle Tom Double Tulip should be planted roughly 6-8" deep and 4-6" apart from one another.

Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.

When to Plant Uncle Tom Double Tulip?
  Double Late Tulips are normally planted Late Fall, and most Uncle Tom Double Tulip will begin to flower sometime in Mid Spring.
