This incredible plant is rightly named, as its leaves can reach 24-36" long and and 12-24" in width! The leaves are produced on top of 24-36" tall stalks and create a "tropical" feel in the garden. The Elephant Ear loves the partial shade and having moist feet.

How to Plant Elephant Ears?
			To plant Elephant Ears the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Elephant Ears should be planted roughly 3-5"" deep and 24-36"" apart from one another. Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.
When to Plant Elephant Ears?
			Elephant Ears are normally planted Mid Spring, and most Elephant Ears will begin to flower sometime in Mid Summer.
