These shorter, more compact fringed tulip produce large blooms on sturdy stems. Like the other fringed tulips, these flowers are one of the longest lasting of all the tulips and are sure to make a great addition to any garden. The scarlet petals fade into a lighter pink, almost white hue at the fringed edges.

How to Plant Fringed Tulip Bulbs?
			To plant Fringed Tulip Bulbs the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Canasta Fringed Tulip should be planted roughly 6-8" deep and 4-6" apart from one another. Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.
When to Plant Canasta Fringed Tulip?
			Fringed Tulip Bulbs are normally planted Late Fall, and most Canasta Fringed Tulip will begin to flower sometime in Mid Spring.
