Continued support
All participants will receive a code via e-mail. They can use this code for a full year when placing an order. Each time a participant places an order with this code, we will donate 10% of the sales value of the bulbs. Note! This code can of course be sent to friends and family nationwide who are interested in gardening and who want to help raise funds. We will take care of the delivery of the bulbs.
Distribution
We will take care of all the distribution of the ordered flower bulbs. This means, no logistic problems for your organization. We deliver directly to the customer.
So, no more pallets of bulbs delivered at your doorstep. No more order picking and no more investing in special over-cartons to pack the orders. No more administration for you keeping track of who ordered what.
Easy 3-step-set up
All your organization needs is a website.
- Place a tracking link that will be provided by us. This link will lead straight to the TulipWorld website. Every order placed is now tracked.
- Start promoting your fundraising project by for example:
- distributing simple flyers door-to-door with details about your campaign and where and how to order. Via your website!
- including the campaign in your newsletter (e-mail and print)
- contacting garden clubs in your area to ask their members to order via your website
- informing your local newspapers about the fundraising event
- Your volunteers do not need to enter order details! The supporters will do this themselves.
For fundraising with spring blooming bulb packages deadlines for ordering are:
- August 15th - delivery of the bulbs around September 15th
- September 15th - delivery of the bulbs around October 15th
- October 15th delivery of the bulbs around November 15th
Large organizations
TulipWorld has a rich experience in fundraising projects with large organizations. We can offer a dedicated section for your organization on our website. TulipWorld will handle administration, payment, logistics, finance and after sales. We can even develop custom made packages for you.
