How to Order

Adding to the shopping basket
|
| If you like a certain bulb and you consider buying it, click on the little basket. One package of bulbs will be added to you shopping basket. Each package may contain a different number of bulbs depending on the size of the bulbs. When you add bulbs to your shopping basket, a pop-up window will appear to confirm your action. In the pop-up you also have the opportunity to enter your shopping basket where you can change your order (alter the number of packages or delete an item). You can always check the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the basket in the main menu. You buy the bulbs only when you follow the whole procedure until secure payment. This means you can use your shopping basket as notebook. |
Coupons
There is a box in your shopping cart where you may add a coupon code, if one is available/applicable. (only one coupon per order) You will not see it applied until you process your order in the checkout.
Changing your order

| Click on the large basket in the top menu. You will enter your shopping basket where you can alter the number of packages or even delete items. |
Payment
|
| Go to your basket by clicking on the large basket in the top menu. Make changes to your order if needed. Here you can change the number of packages you want for each bulb. Press the 'Continue to Order' button. Enter the shipping address and - if different - also the billing address. Press the 'Continue to Order' button again. Check the summary of your order and go back to make changes if necessary. By pressing the 'Continue to Order' button you will now enter the secure payment module of BIBIT. You can pay with almost any credit card. For more information on payments, see our Customer Care section. |

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards when ordering over the phone or online from our website. All customers must provide us with valid credit card information including billing name and address, type of credit card, card number and expiration date.
We do accept Business Checks and allow for 'PO' for larger orders placed over phone. |
