Bulbs are fun! They are the last gardening you will do in the Fall and the first rewards you will reap in the Spring. Bulbs give you pleasure when you are planning, when you are ordering, when you are planting and when they are peeking above the ground, slowly rising to full green until they bloom! The advantage of ordering by Internet or mail order is that you can be quite sure you can get what you want if you order in time. We suggest you order when your garden is in bloom. This is the best time to see exactly what you want where. It is also best to order your spring, summer and fall flowering bulbs together. This makes it easy to co-ordinate your garden and plan for over nine months of blooms.

When to order and plant

Bulbs need some time underground before they show their lovely flowers:

	Spring flowering bulbs should be planted in the Fall and can be ordered until the mid of December
	Summer flowering bulbs should be planted late spring and can be ordered until June
	Autumn flowering bulbs should be planted early summer and can be ordered until the mid August
