This gorgeous tulip is rightfully named, as it is one of America's Top Ten Favorite Tulips! Single late or Mayflowering tulips are some of the tallest tulips and oval egg shaped flowers are the last to bloom. They are good cut flowers, and for beds and borders. Its beautiful pink petals almost look red in the sunlight and bloom atop long, slender, and sturdy stems and very heat tolerant. Truly a timeless tulip!

How to Plant Single Late Tulips?
 

To plant Single Late Tulips the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Renown Single Late Tulip should be planted roughly 6-8" deep and 4-6" apart from one another.

Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.

When to Plant Renown Single Late Tulip?
  Single Late Tulips are normally planted fall, and most Renown Single Late Tulip will begin to flower sometime in Late Spring.
