The Pink Magic Lily (also known as Lycoris squamigera, Amaryllis hallii, Spider Lily, Naked Lady, and Resurrection Lily) is a beautiful pink color and blooms in late spring. These flowers reach heights of 20 inches. The strap-shaped green foliage disappears in July while the flowering spine bursts forth in August. For best results, bulbs should be mulched for winter protection in Zone 6 and above.

How to Plant Lycoris and Magic Lily?
 

To plant Lycoris and Magic Lily the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Pink Magic Lily - Lycoris Squamigera should be planted roughly 6" deep and 6" apart from one another.

Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.

When to Plant Pink Magic Lily - Lycoris Squamigera?
  Lycoris and Magic Lily are normally planted Mid Fall, and most Pink Magic Lily - Lycoris Squamigera will begin to flower sometime in Mid Spring.
