Pre-ordering allows you to conveniently place an order for fall items even when they are out of season. A pre-order item is added to your cart, just like an item that is in season, and will be processed like any other item during checkout.

| Why place my order for fall planted items NOW? |
Fall planted bulbs (such as tulips, crocus, daffodils, alliums, etc.) are extremely popular. Once we begin selling them, they tend to sell out quite quickly. Placing your order now ensures that you have the best selection and availability of your favorite varieties. Orders placed now will also receive first priority in the fall for shipments which means that you will be receiving the freshest, most premium quality bulbs available. Placing your fall order at the same time as your spring order can also help save you on shipping since you will only be charged the shipping fee once instead of twice if you were to place two separate orders.

| When will I receive my fall planted items? |
All fall planted items will be shipped to you at the proper planting time for your area during the fall season. We begin shipping fall planted items approximately September 15th, starting with the coldest zones first.

| What if I want to order spring planted and fall planted items at the same time? |
Simply add both to your basket. You will notice each fall planted item number begins with the letters "FALL" to denote them as fall items. We will take care of the rest: your spring planted items will ship to you immediately and the fall planted items will ship to you during the correct season. Placing your fall order at the same time as your spring order can also help save you on shipping since you will only be charged the shipping fee once instead of twice if you were to place two separate orders.

| When does my credit card get charged? |
After placing your order, your credit card will be charged for the order total, including both spring and fall items. This enables us to receive payment for all items so that we may reserve your fall selections and not hold the pending transaction open longer than necessary, keeping your credit card information as secure as possible. This also allows you to keep your records current by not charging your card months after you originally placed the order.
