The Hardy Gloxinia is a favorite in old English gardens and add a great colorful, almost tropical-looking accent to any garden! The deeply divided leaves form low clumps and produce 12-24" flower stems, completely void of leaves. The flowers emit a slight fragrant and are quite attractive to butterflies, birds, and bees alike.

How to Plant Specialty Bulbs?
 

To plant Specialty Bulbs the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Incarvillea delavyi (Hardy Gloxinia) should be planted roughly 2-3"" deep and 12-15"" apart from one another.

Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.

When to Plant Incarvillea delavyi (Hardy Gloxinia)?
  Specialty Bulbs are normally planted Early Spring, and most Incarvillea delavyi (Hardy Gloxinia) will begin to flower sometime in Mid Summer.
