Stargazer lilies are the definitive Oriental lily and represent the best qualities of oriental lilies. These classic fragrant pink flowers are a must have in your lily garden, perennial garden and mixed border. Plant in mass (36 bulbs or more) for a visual impact of color! Don't forget the sweet fragrance, the more you plant the more powerful the scent will be in your yard and garden. We suggest planting in groups of 3-5 bulbs per planting area, so they form a nice clump.

Special Features
 

Very well suited for borders, combined with green perennials, tall grasses and even small shrubs. Enjoys full sun and a cool top soil. Zones 3-5 hardy with a mulch. Cutting: cut flowers when the buds are just open or when all buds are rounded and full.

Features of Species or Group:
  Wherever class is needed, these summerflowering lilies will fill the bill. Be it in the garden, in containers or as cut flowers. These hybrids are notibly strong and sturdy plants, and are available in a wide variety of colors.

Features of Genus:
  Lilies are tall, stately plants that carry a number of large, trumpet-shaped blooms on each flowering stem. Flowering stems may be anywhere from about 60 cm (2ft) to over 2m (6ft) high. There are 80-90 species of lily and many hundreds of cultivars. Lily flowers are often fragrant and the main colour range includes white, yellow, pink, red and orange - many have spotted or streaked petals. The powder on the stems of the plant produces stubborn stains. Do not try to rub the powder away, instead remove it by pressing sticky tape on it.

How to Plant Value Packs?
 

To plant Value Packs the bulbs should be planted with the nose of the bulb upward (or the roots facing downwards) and the Stargazer Lily Super Pack should be planted roughly 4-6" deep and 6-9" apart from one another.

Note: For some bulbs you may not be able to tell which way is up or down, in these cases just plant them on their side and they will adjust on their own.

When to Plant Stargazer Lily Super Pack?
  Value Packs are normally planted spring, and most Stargazer Lily Super Pack will begin to flower sometime in summer.
