Daffodils are the harbinger of spring and Mount Hood Daffodil is a classic heirloom trumpet daffodil which starts out white with yellow centers, and fades to pure white. The 4-5" diameter blossoms top 14-20" tall study stalks and are long-lasting, blooming up to 4 weeks in spring. Plant Mount Hood Daffodils in a full sun to partial shade location in well-drained soil. Daffodils are easy to grow, low maintenance, and deer, rabbit, and squirrel resistant. Mount Hood Daffodils can be used in borders, mass planting, for naturalizing, woodland edges, and in containers. The white color of Mount Hood makes a great contrast and companion to bright yellow daffodils and deep-colored tulips.
