Sometimes called a Spider lily too. The very attractive 4-6 exotic spider-like blooms per stem and have amaryllis like leaves. This plant serves as an exciting focal point when planted in pots. For a true bold impression plant them in large groups. ...

  • took longer than I repected to grow
I never had Peruvian Daffodils, took all bulbs 2 weeks to poke through the Zone 7A NJ soil, but they all grew. I await future growth and hopeful about flowers.

These popped through the ground almost immediately, they were already showing some leaf growth upon arrival. After 3 weeks, they are already blooming! Beautiful!

Pros:
  • Lovely
Cons:
I know I bought these beauties late but I was not disappointed. I potted them up and two of the three are now in bloom they are a little smaller than my more estimated Peruvian daffodils but now that I have seen them bloom at this height I wish I could keep them and my others shorter . I would definitely buy a dwarf version.
