I am not normally fond of just red tulips. My original plan was to have many colors throughout my garden years ago. I spent $$ and time planting them, only to be disappointed when they were eaten by any number of different critters in their growing cycle. So I stopped growing tulips.



And then I saw these and laughed at the "deer resistant" label. I decided to try them just out of curiosity when they went on sale. Last spring I had two bunches of tulips. Every single one was accounted for! Nobody touched them.

And they were beautiful. Perhaps not as "full" as pictured, but definitely worthy of being in the garden.
