These roots arrived looking very "dormant". But within just a couple days of planting there was vigorous green growth. It's only been 3 weeks since I planted them, and they are all thriving.

I tucked these in with existing astilbe until I could prepare their permanent home. Within a few days I had sprouts. They have all survived and are doing great.

All plants grew quickly after planting and about a third bloomed in their first season. Very happy with the beautiful white and pink blooms and looking forward to more blooms next year.
