A striking flower with mottled purple stem which is so special that it is hard to combine with other plants. The impressive flower shoots and persists for a very long time and last for weeks as a cut flower! Great choice for anyone who loves something special, tropical and exotic.

    Pros:
    • Quick growing
    • strong
    • beautiful
    Cons:
The bulb sprouted quickly and instructions were easy to follow. I still have a few weeks before bloom but the foliage is amazing. The price paid for the 6 bulbs was an excellent value that add high quality plants to my planter game for my patios.

Bulbs arrived looking very healthy. Two sprouted very quickly and the leaves are lush and strong. I imagine I'll have flower stalks very soon. I recently dug up the third bulb because it hadn't done anything and moved it to a pot. It still looks healthy and it does have a little nub sprouting at the top. Just a late bloomer I guess.

These bulbs are real champs! 2 of the 3 grew flowers and bloomed the same season! They overwintered in the garage and now are in their second year. The bulbs almost doubled in size.

The product photos are a bit all over the place, so I didn't know what to expect.

Bulbs arrived in good condition! Since I ordered these in mid July in East Tennessee, I planted them within a day of receiving them. It is now the last day of August and 2 of the 3 plants have little pineapple blooms. They are really interesting plants, so glad I ordered them!
