The Sweet Macaroon Tulip Mix is a delightful mix of Danique Botanical Tulips and Lucca Botanical Tulips. These petite blooms only reach about 2" in diameter and reach 6-8" tall. Danique offer pointed petals edged in pink fading into yellow and open to expose a blue/violet center. Contrasting perfectly is the Lucca variety with bright, vibrant yellow petals that open to reveal a deep chocolate brown center.
The Sweet Macaroon Tulip Mix contains botanical tulips, which are some of the best tulips for being reliably perennial. Botanical tulips are also know to be deer resistant. Botanical tulips are also very adaptable to different landscapes, working well in rock gardens, under trees and as a border plant.
For the biggest color impact, plant 9-12 Botanical Tulips per square foot. Blooming in mid to late Spring, these tulips are known to naturalize easily.
